MOTHERHOOD + PARENTING
You can love being a mom and still feel completely overwhelmed by it.
Support for mothers and parents navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, and the parts of motherhood no one prepared you for.

Maybe you're carrying more than anyone realizes.
The schedules.
The appointments.
The emotions.
The decisions.
The constant questions about whether you're doing enough—or doing it right.
And when your child has additional needs, anxiety, or neurodivergence, the mental and emotional load can become even heavier.
You don't need another parenting book. You need support that understands the whole picture.
WHEN EVERYTHING FEELS LIKE A LOT
You may find yourself thinking:
“Am I doing this right?”
“What am I doing wrong?”
“Why does this feel so much harder than it seems to be for everyone else?”
“I know I love my child. Why am I so overwhelmed?”
“I don't want to screw them up.”
You may be anxious, overstimulated, exhausted, or stuck in the cycle of trying one more strategy to make things work.
And sometimes the hardest part is admitting:
I need support, too.
THE MOTHERHOOD UPGRADE
Support for the woman behind the role of Mom.
Motherhood changes you.
It can bring meaning, joy, and connection—and also anxiety, resentment, grief, overstimulation, self-doubt, and exhaustion.
We work with mothers who are navigating:
* Parenting overwhelm and burnout
* Anxiety and perfectionism
* Neurodivergence in themselves or their children
* Postpartum and perinatal concerns
* Parenting children with additional needs
* Family and relationship stress
* Difficulty regulating when things feel overwhelming
* The pressure to be a “good mom”
* Grief when motherhood or family life looks different than expected
You don't have to become a perfect parent.
SOMETIMES YOUR CHILD'S BRAIN WORKS DIFFERENTLY
## Parenting doesn't always come with a universal instruction manual.
When your child is neurodivergent, traditional parenting strategies may not work the way you expected.
And if you are neurodivergent yourself, parenting can bring an entirely new awareness of how your own brain works.
You may find yourself navigating:
**More sensory input.
More emotional intensity.
More decisions.
More uncertainty.
More moments where the “usual” parenting advice doesn't fit.**
We help parents understand the intersection between **their child's needs and their own capacity.**
That means learning how to support your child while also learning how to regulate, communicate, and care for yourself.
SOMETIMES IT'S GRIEF.
Even when you love your child exactly as they are.
There can be grief when the life you imagined doesn't become the life you're living.
The pregnancy you expected.
The birth you pictured.
The motherhood experience you thought you'd have.
The future you imagined for your child.
You can love your child completely and still grieve what you thought life would look like.
**Both can be true.**
Therapy can give you a place to acknowledge that honestly—without judgment or guilt.
THE PARENTING UPGRADE
Understand what's happening. Respond differently. Feel less alone.
Our work isn't about giving you another list of things you're doing wrong.
It's about helping you understand the patterns happening within your family and developing strategies that actually fit your child—and you.
Together, we may work on:
* Understanding your child's behavior
* Responding to anxiety without reinforcing it
* Managing your own overwhelm and overstimulation
* Setting boundaries without constant conflict
* Communicating more effectively
* Supporting neurodivergent children
* Navigating changing family dynamics
* Building confidence in your parenting decisions
Less second-guessing. More clarity.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE AT YOUR LIMIT.
Sometimes support starts before anything is technically “wrong.”
You're just tired.
You're questioning yourself.
You're noticing that things aren't working the way they used to.
Or you simply know:
**Something needs to change.**
That's enough.
