I am confident in helping women who feel like they are constantly not enough.
If you feel isolated, overwhelmed, and depressed, I am here to help. I work with women who are good at concealing how they really feel and are taking care of everyone except themselves. Your struggles may stem from relationship issues, trauma, work/life imbalance, or parenting issues.
With twelve years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in depression, trauma, women’s issues, parenting, ADHD and ASD, life transitions, stress, burnout, and anxiety. Before working with my, my clients typically describe themselves as “a hot mess express” or “riding the struggle bus". I also am the parent of a neurodiverse child, and I understand the unique struggles that come with that.
If you need a little more accountability and support throughout the therapeutic process you will enjoy my “progress over perfection” perspective.
“I like that you actually help me with ideas, solutions, or specific things to work on. Other therapists just let me ramble on and on without actually helping.”

Q&A with Victoria
Q: How would you describe your therapy style in three words? A: Creative, Direct, and Compassionate
Q: Which modalities do you use most often and why? A: I use EMDR and CBT most often because they provide a solid structure to the process and tend to be most effective for my clients.
Q: What do you believe clients need most from a therapist? A: Emotional safety. The world is full of people and experiences that are not emotionally safe, and clients need at least one safe place.
What can clients expect when they meet with you for the first time? A: Clients can ask as many questions as they would like. I enjoy providing psychoeducational tidbits. I am a down-to-earth person and enjoy helping them feel at ease with therapy.
Q: What drew you to become a therapist? A: I've always enjoyed helping people, but didn’t know a therapist was an actual job until high school. As a teen and young adult, I struggled with depression. I felt like I never really understood myself. I wanted to help other people, but knew I needed to help myself first. In college I began therapy for the first time, and began learning so many things. I always had the heart for this work, and after school I felt I finally had the knowledge.
Q: One thing I want every client to know is... A: That their story doesn’t end here.
Q: What type of environment do you try to create in therapy? A: I try to create an environment that is accepting, compassionate, safe, and at times a little silly.
